What is wrong with our legal system? Murder suspect Beryl Musila who is accused of killing Ron Worsfold (St. Albert Gazette, Sept. 13). Her first court appearance took place July 12. Now this matter has been postponed until Sept. 25 so her lawyer can review disclosure.
This was Musila’s sixth court appearance and not a thing has been accomplished to this date. What gives? Who pays for all these appearances? Of course we all know the answer. What can the system do to rectify such a bad situation?
