Everywhere you go people walk away and press the button to automatically lock their car doors. They do not care if they are parked in a major condo area and wake people up. It is just a bad habit.
One woman told me her Mercedes was more important than anyone else's right to that noise interruption.
If they read their owners manual, they would know they could disable the horn and still have every security function. Ignorance does not supersede the rights of private citizens to their peace.
If I was to sit in the parking lot with a can of compressed air used for boat horns and blasted it as people walked out of their vehicles to let them know that their door is locked, I would get arrested.
It does not matter to them but it should be a complaint when that vehicle disturbs 60 to 80 people.
Why? So they can feel secure about their vehicles?
They should be fined for noise. I'd be arrested if I blasted a horn at them as they walked away from their vehicles.
I invite everyone to send in an email to the news and overpaid government workers.
