With all the debate regarding how to name the employment lands north of Big Lake, I'm still wondering why land close to a natural area and a beautiful lake is not residential. I think what shapes us even more is how we zone land.
As a very proud business owner and resident of St. Albert I'd like to see land close to natural and environmentally sensitive areas as residential. Then work on naming that makes St. Albert an interesting and unique place to live and visit.
