I want to pass on my hardy congratulations to our city council. On Monday night they moved forward to finalize the development of the Jensen Lakes subdivision for development.
This subdivision will be very different than any other area structure plan ever approved by previous city councils. Thank-you council for being bold in your approach. Also a big thanks to our city administration for all their work on this as well.
St. Albert’s residential look is again in competition with our metro Edmonton neighbours.
