Excellent idea! I am on board. The way the whole filling of the position was handled sent up red flags from the beginning. Then it continued on and it seemed to be expected that it should be accepted and not questioned as so many previous actions from city hall were not to be questioned.
A new competition should be held and all qualified candidates have the ability to apply.
I trust it is not too much to expect transparency, accountability and responsibility from our elected officials?
