If I was mayor, all well-behaved owners and dogs would be welcome on outdoor restaurant patios. I would promote St. Albert as a Pet and Garden City. Expand Lacombe Park area for unleashed dogs to run, exercise and sniff to their heart’s delight. I would provide education and de-sensitization sessions for those fearful of dogs.
