Re: Louise Height’s letter (Water rate increase seems overstated, Gazette, July 1) about her water bill increase being $4.58 – about the cost of a latte.
Please look at your January/February utility bill again.
The 2015 supplemental capital contribution rates for the water rate, waste water rate and storm rate add up to $20.31 alone – this does not include usage.
Tell the rest of us taxpayers how you manage to have only a $4.58 increase on your utility bill.
