Green city?
I find it disturbing that St. Albert calls itself a green city. My taxes continue to rise while services decrease.
It's garbage day, the day I look forward to every two weeks (ridiculous). I can tell it’s garbage day by the trail of litter and hydraulic fluid that the trucks leave behind. Green? Environmental? I don't think so!
