On Friday, March 27, I had an allergic reaction to an unknown source and was taken to the Sturgeon Hospital in St. Albert. I was at the dance festival and am from out of town.
I want to compliment all the staff, for the excellent care and attention I received. I have worked in the health care field for more than 30 years and was really starting to doubt the system until I was admitted into emergency there. Thank you all and keep up the great work. We usually do not want to be in emergency but if we need to be it is so heartwarming to be spoken to like a client not a number.
To top things off, thank you to the awesome male nurse that night who actually brought me a warm blanket. Keep up the great work!
