Good Samaritans don't deserve bylaw warnings

I am disgusted that a neighbour of ours was apparently approached by bylaw to be ticketed for using his quad with a plow to do the sidewalks in our neighbourhood.

After the huge dump of snow we had and living on a corner lot, we were so appreciative of this neighbour and another neighbour with a snowplow that helped us out. He was driving it sensibly and helped out many neighbours.

I think bylaw should spend their time on other matters. Maybe they should check into why the city's portion of sidewalks is not shoveled within the required timeframe that residents need to have their sidewalks done.

I applaud these neighbours for helping everyone out. We are lucky to live in the neighbourhood we do and to have such wonderful neighbours.
