Most people clean up their yards and fill clear garbage bags for pickup in the spring and in the fall.
This year our front yards are lined with bags that need to picked up.
For people who don’t have a vehicle or don’t drive, this is a problem. The waste collection system is not giving us the service we expected.
We don’t want our city to look like a garbage dump!
Am I the only person who feels this way?
