I note with sorrow the passing of Florence Lefebvre, a legendary St. Albert character.
When I chaired the board of the Musée Heritage Museum, she was a member of the board but she usually declined my invitation to give her a ride to the meetings, being independent Florence!
I recall a particularly cold, wintery day when we met up at the Little White Schoolhouse and were startled when the door flew open and there was Florence, with her usual smile. A long walk on a nasty day. Her contributions were always welcomed.
