In her letter (Gazette, Oct. 29), Sandra Mooney-Ellerbeck supports the proposed fence at Lacombe Lake Park and notes the opposition of dog owners. Later she suggests that the fence be paid for through an increase in dog licence fees.
There is a fellow south of the border who would have a wall built to keep the Mexicans out and would have Mexico pay for that very wall. Does Mooney-Ellerbeck get her ideas from him?
