Crossing the street has become a dangerous practice

I live on Lacombe Drive. Love my neighbour and neighbours, but I’m so scared to cross the street with my dogs. Nobody stops at stop signs anymore or slows down for pedestrians at all. I feel like cars are on my heels all the time.

Nobody stops at stop signs anymore or slows down for pedestrians at all. I feel like cars are on my heels all the time. It’s a shame because it feels like nobody has the nanosecond of time to be patient. And our intersection at Lacombe Drive and Leveque Way is a nightmare.

In the last two months, I have had near hits from people not stopping at stop signs. Why is that?

And I would ask, what are you teaching your kids? People matter.
