Where is the vision of St. Albert being a botanical arts city? What is this vision? How does it apply to a current potential development of yet another low to medium density residential building being constructed on Sturgeon Road? That's another apartment building. That's more cars. That's more development on our river valley.
Taking our cherished and frequently used green spaces and swapping it for construction is happening in your backyard St. Albert! Let's take a moment and consider these developments and strongly encourage our city council to create a plan that cherishes the natural parkland that most of us enjoy now and for future generations.
