Hi there. I am writing a letter thanking the St. Albert Gazette for bringing attention to the frustration I feel with the waitlist problem for kids swimming lessons at Fountain Park Pool.
As a St. Albert resident, I have been on the waitlist after forgetting to call in the early morning of intake day for registrations. Good news is I have an easy reasonable solution to the problem. The city should have an early intake day for those with St. Albert addresses paying St. Albert taxes.
Then, at least, I will be content to wait knowing that it is not actually west and north Edmonton that have a children's swimming program problem. Paula Karaki
