I'm very interested in the continuing soap opera of the BLESS platform (Gazette; Dec. 15 & 19, 2017; March 2 & 6, 2018).
I'm always somewhat skeptical of construction estimates that seem to be rounded up to the nearest ten thousand dollars. Has anyone asked the city administration to provide either the detailed estimate information for their estimates?
If they are unable to provide some detail, for their estimates, could they at least show us the dartboards that they are using to generate these estimates?
