City downtown snow removal is late

Did city council sell off our snow removal equipment to fund the second library that no one wants? I have yet to see a snow plow (Sunday, Jan. 28 at 10:12 a.m.) during the recent snow event. Downtown is a disaster. Dave Leslie, St. Albert
