I have just been informed by an employee of the City of St. Albert that currently there is no opt out option regarding the installation of the new water meters.
It is becoming clearer day by day that the residents of this city are being controlled by an incompetent group of city councillors. What they need to bring them to their knees is a class action lawsuit against them.
It is entirely my right to opt out and it is nobody's business except my own, my reasons for choosing to do so.
I kindly suggest that others take an aggressive stance on this issue. As far as I know, we are not a police state.
