St Albert's brand is “The Botanical Arts City.” This means parks, trees, flowers, walking paths, green space, river valley, etc. and the lifestyle that goes along with a clean green city.
How does gaudy paint at the pedestrian cross walk support our brand? How does painting fake grey bricks with fake grey mortar onto an existing grey cement pedestrian over pass support the brand? This is just a disrespectful waste of taxpayers’ dollars.
