I have no idea who decided the paint for the sidewalks, but it looks like the circus has come to town.
What's worse is they are painting this garbage on top of run-down, chipped sidewalks on the corner of Sturgeon and the trail. Not more than 100 yards away is a sidewalk that everyone and their dog has tripped over.
This city is overly careless with the taxes. It is coming clearer that it worries more about image than the function of this city.
Enough is enough. It is time for someone to put the city into its place. People in power who do whatever they want do not work for us.
