Save the $125,000 for the city report on traffic impact on Ray Gibbon Drive. Don’t wait until September to consider recommendations. Take a quick drive down Ray Gibbon Drive on a weekday; southbound at around 7:30 a.m. and northbound around 5:15 p.m. Ta-Dah! There’s your study. Improve it to four lanes as soon as possible to properly service the growth of northwest St Albert.

What’s going to happen when Jensen Lakes and River Ridge become more populated? Ten year capital plan?  Insanity! It needs to be handled immediately.
