People still benefit from facilities they don't vote for

I don't particularly like politics but when it comes to the upcoming elections, I found it helpful in the past to go the debates armed with a few questions to decide who to vote for regardless if the candidate is a friend or neighbour.

I don't particularly like politics but when it comes to the upcoming elections, I found it helpful in the past to go the debates armed with a few questions to decide who to vote for regardless if the candidate is a friend or neighbour. Within a few answers you will have decided who to vote for. And that little bit of knowledge is power. I did not vote for the rec. centre years ago, though I did use it 1,400 times when I was athletic and loved the facility. The moral of this story is even if your choice of facility is not passed through, many people will benefit from the facility of choice that is built. Lisa Denesha, St. Albert
