These are stressful times the cost of living is continually going up the taxpayer dollar is stretched to the limit. No matter where the money comes from, federal, provincial grants, civic it all basically comes from the taxpayer. Forget about oil money relief, it's gone. Yes we need more library, more ice surfaces, more all good things for our young people, but until we budget our money more wisely it just can't happen.
