Show Introduction

What’s the Buzz – Nathan Fillion’s wit benefits our forests & the online photo poses that are now passe'

Nathan Fillion fans will especially like this week’s What’s the Buzz. You’ll see how the Edmonton-born actor is using his wit to help educate about Alberta’s forests.

Also, careful with the "hot dog legs" and the "spread-eagle" photo poses you post on social media while enjoying Alberta's landmarks. They're passe' according to tourism experts in New Zealand. We’ll show you their viral tourism video meant to crack down on lame touring posts.

Living Well – “Imaginary friends” to help us cope with COVID life?

It’s apparently OK to admit to having an imaginary friend as an adult, at least right now. A Canadian professor suggests coming up with an imaginary friend may be a good thing for us to do, to cope with life during the pandemic. What does Dr. Ganz think about that?

You’ll also learn how to get your kids more into food-prep, especially with most meals being at home lately.
