For many, Intemperance has become a part of their lives, “We have guests who have been with us for all of our 23 years. They become family,” Suzanne shares. From a child’s first haircut to preparing someone for a wedding or job interview, the salon plays a significant role in many important moments.
The salon extends its care to the broader community. They donate two baskets per month based on availability and the letters they receive. These baskets support various causes, from local hockey teams to the Boys and Girls Club, showcasing their commitment to giving back.
Suzanne passionately believes in the importance of their work, especially in a post-COVID world.
“There is so much more to hair, it is extremely important. The salon environment provides a space where individuals can feel seen, valued and listened to, which is crucial in these challenging times. The impact of a great haircut or colour extends beyond the physical, affecting how guests feel about themselves and their interactions with the world.”
