From December 12th to 23rd, follow along as the Gazette shares stories of local individuals and families whose altruistic deeds deserve recognition and celebration.
"We know St. Albert is a kind community already," says Gazette publisher Tim Shoults. "This program will give the community a chance to share that kindness with some truly deserving people. We’re looking forward to telling some very heartwarming stories."
The "12 Days of Christmas Kindness" initiative invites residents to nominate individuals who consistently give to others without seeking anything in return. These selfless acts of kindness often go unnoticed, and this program seeks to bring them to light. Nominations are open until November 15, with 12 recipients being selected to receive gift packages provided by participating local businesses. Each day, the Gazette will post engaging stories of these gift presentations, spreading joy throughout the community.
The St. Albert Gazette is not only calling for nominations but is also looking for local businesses to join in this festive celebration.
"We’re also looking for local businesses who might like to participate by providing gifts to our recipients," Shoults adds. This presents a wonderful opportunity for businesses to connect with the community and showcase their generosity during the festive season.
Nominate a deserving individual today by visiting the 12 Days of Christmas Kindness page and clicking on the "Nominate" button. If your business is interested in becoming a sponsor, click on the "Sponsor" button to learn more about how you can contribute.
By engaging with this initiative, you can help ensure the kindness of St. Albert shines even brighter this Christmas. Let's celebrate those who give selflessly and inspire others to do the same.
