Brad Laporte, Facilities Manager, explains, “We are creating the Elite brand of self storage facilities. In 2020 we built a brand new storage facility in Langford, BC, and have since sold this location to focus on expanding in Alberta. In July of 2021, we opened Elite Self Storage South Edmonton. We launched our new Elite website in Dec 2022 and with this, are starting the rebrand of Riel Park RV & Mini Storage to Elite Self Storage St. Albert. We have plans to open Elite Self Storage North Edmonton in the spring of 2023.”
What can customers expect? Elite Self Storage features easy-access drive up storage for RVs and vehicles; drive-up unheated units in a variety of sizes; and heated, secure indoor storage for household goods and belongings. This comes with zero long-term commitment or contracts. Customers simply rent month-to-month. In addition to video monitoring, security patrols, competitive pricing and snow clearing, each customer is assured of outstanding service from the on-site staff. For added convenience, Elite offers online bill payments, extended access hours, packing supplies for sale on site and complimentary carts and dollies.
The temperature controlled indoor units vary in size to accommodate every need, and the referral program offers a credit for both the customer and the new patron they bring in (conditions apply).
