Sturgeon County Council requests public input on proposed Bylaw 1684/25. The purpose of the Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) is to build on the framework and policies of the Sturgeon Valley South Area Structure Plan, providing greater clarity on proposed land uses, densities, and infrastructure requirements. Adoption of the NASP would allow developers to submit Outline Plans to the County, providing further detailed information with respect to land use and infrastructure.
