I feel that cutting library funding is so short-sighted. Libraries are so much more than books. When I think of the diverse populations that use our libraries for education, inspiration, celebration, relaxation, to search for direction or maybe to experience some human interaction, it is a real shame that governments at all levels don’t value importance of libraries in our community.
