The Skyhawks (6-0) won 4-0 at Riel Park. Natalia Rudolf and Maria Cyzy scored in the first half and they netted goals in the second half. Tuesday’s semifinal between the Skyhawks and O’Leary Spartans (5-0) kicks off at 4 p.m. at Riel Park. The final is June 9 at the ESA Complex. Last year the Skyhawks won the division two consolation final and in 2013 they lost the division two final.

The Impact outplayed the Warriors throughout the match but couldn’t finish.

In net was Charlotte Lendzion.

The Impact are 1-2-2 and the Warriors are 0-3-2 in the Edmonton District Soccer Association.

The Impact are in action Tuesday against Angels Scottish SC (3-1-1) at 7 p.m. at Riel Park.

Mike Thompson tallied twice to power the St. Albert Impact Rangers to victory in Monday’s division 1A match in the Edmonton District Soccer Association.

Thompson scored the opening goal and notched his second on a penalty kick in the 3-1 decision against Africana FC at the ESA Complex.

Oscar Sanchez scored the third goal and with under five minutes to play Africana (1-4) broke Daniel Loconte’s shutout bid.

Loconte and Richard Tougas split time in net in Saturday’s 2-1 loss to the Emerald Exports (3-0-1) at the ESA Complex. Marc Tetreau scored the lone goal.

The Rangers (3-1-1) and Edmonton Warriors (2-1-1) tangle Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Riel Park.

The first loss for the St. Albert Impact division 1B men was Wednesday’s 3-0 setback to AC Milan in a scrappy affair at the ESA Complex.

The first-place Impact dropped to 3-1-1 while AC Milan improved to 2-0-2 in the Edmonton District Soccer Association.

The Impact are led offensively this season by William Backhouse’s three goals and Moritz Schmidt and Noah Boyko with a pair each.

The Impact plays the Liberian Lone Stars (1-2-1) Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at Riel Park.

Mickel Yuzdepski’s hat-trick in the first half propelled the St. Albert Impact division 1B women past Angels Scottish Classic 6-3 Wednesday in the Edmonton District Soccer Association.

The Impact scored early in the second half to make it 4-1 at the Scottish United Soccer Club.

Jacey Carroll, a youth trialist from the U18 Impact team, potted a pair and Kate Searle also scored. In net was Alyssa Luczak.

The Impact are 3-1 and the Angels are winless in three matches.

The Impact host Sherwood Park Phoenix (2-0-2) Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at Riel Park.

The St. Albert Impact are running away with the division 3A women’s pennant while outscoring the opposition 21-1 in four matches.

The Impact’s last win was 4-0 against the ASC Selects (1-2-1) Monday at the ESA Complex.

Jacey Carroll and Chloe Schmaltz are the team leaders in goals with four apiece and Karen Vriens and Melanie Seidel both have three.

The next match for the undefeated Impact in the Edmonton District Soccer Association is Monday against Infinity SC/Static (1-0-3) at 8:15 p.m. at Riel Park.
