The City of St. Albert’s Skating Wall of Fame will officially be unveiled Monday at Performance Arena.
The ceremony begins at 5:45 p.m. and the public is invited to attend.
The wall of fame was developed to celebrate and recognize those individuals who have brought recognition to their sport and to the City of St. Albert through their national or professional accomplishments.
The Skating Sports Wall of Fame Committee selected the following 24 recipients:

Some of the inaugural recipients will be in attendance, in addition to family and friends.
The organizing committee consisted of Don Smythe, Larry Mitchell, Diane Enger, Monique St. Louis and chair Bryan Thomas.
Funding for the wall was made possible by the St. Albert Minor Hockey Association. The City of St. Albert also provided a contribution.
