The Sr. AA Jr. Cardinals (7-4) play on Monday against the first-place Stony Plain Mets (9-1). The Cardinals are coming off a 12-9 win over the Camrose Axemen last week.

The Sr. Men's AAA St. Albert Tigers (5-12) face off against the Confederation Park Cubs (5-9) Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Legion field. The Tigers are hoping to break a five game losing skid. The Cubs lead the season series 3-2.

On Sunday, the North Central Alberta Baseball League will be celebrating its 50th anniversary with a family tailgate party and all-star game at Legion Memorial Ball Park. Local band Mourning Wood will be in attendance providing entertainment. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Men's Division 1A St. Albert Rangers (4-4-2) will be taking on the Croatia Rijeka/Scona Blues (2-5-2) Monday at 7 p.m. at the Croatia Soccer Club. The Rangers will be looking to get back in the win column after a 1-0 loss against the Edmonton Warriors on Monday. Rangers Noah Boyko is second in the league in goals with eight, trailing only Ladji Toure of Africana FC, who has tallied 12 so far this season.

The Men's Division 2A St. Albert Impact (6-2-1) play Tuesday against Riverpool FC at Tiger Goldstick Park in Edmonton at 8:15 p.m. Riverpool FC will be looking to avenge a loss against the Impact in their previous meeting, a 4-2 decision in May.

The Women's Division 1A St. Albert Impact (2-5-3) face off against FC Excelsior (4-5-0) on Monday at Riel Park at 6:30 p.m. The Impact lost a close 1-0 match against FC Excelsior on May 29. The Impact lost their last game 2-1 against the Azzurri Women 2-1 last week.

The U18 St. Albert girls (2-0) play their next game Monday against the Clan (1-0). St. Albert has had a strong start to their season, outscoring their opponents in the first two games by a combined score of 145-10. The Clan won their first game of the year on Monday, beating the LT Yellow 32-10.
