The silent auction starts at 7 p.m. and the game between the celebrities and lady Skyhawks tips off at 8 p.m.

The line-up of celebrities is as follows:

Todd Storme (former Edmonton Eskimo)

The celebrity coach is Edmonton Eskimos alumnus Hector Pothier and the MC is Shannon Tyler, radio host for Magic 99.

In Cuba the Skyhawks will train and play with young athletes identified as potential candidates of the Cuba national basketball program. The players are also collecting uniforms, shoes and equipment to give to kids during their stay in Cuba.

The 12th annual Fastball St. Albert Invitational Tournament starts 6 p.m. Friday at the Meadowview and Mission diamonds.

Twenty-nine teams from across Alberta and Saskatchewan are entered in the squirt, peewee and bantam A level event. More than 350 males and females from ages 11 to 16 will participate. Fastball St. Albert is represented by the bantam Angels, peewee Angels and two squirt Angels teams. Calahoo also has five teams competing in four divisions.

The squirt boys and girls play their round robin games at Mission and the peewee girls and boys and bantam girls and boys are at Meadowview. All the divisional medal finals are scheduled for Meadowview at 9 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. Visit www.fastballstalbert.com for more information.
