The Men’s Division 2A St. Albert Impact (6-1-1) face off this Tuesday against Fatboyz FC (2-5-1). The first place Impact are hoping to scoop up another win against the sixth place visitors. The Impact won their last game in a blowout against Mexico FC with a final score of 7-0. The two teams have met once this year on May 23 with the home team beating the visitors 2-1. The action starts at 6:30 p.m. at the ESA complex.
The men’s Division 1A St. Albert Rangers face off against the Edmonton Warriors on Monday night at the ESA complex. The fourth place Rangers (4-1-4) and second place Warriors (5-2-2) met once before in May. That game resulted in a draw. The game starts at 8:15.
All three of the St. Albert Impact senior women’s teams will be in action at Riel Park on Tuesday. The third place St. Albert Impact Premier (6-2-1-) will face off against the sixth place Victoria 2 (3-4-1) squad at 6:30 p.m. The fourth place St. Albert Impact/Inter SC (5-3-2) are playing the tenth place Dreadnought 6 Nunez (1-9-0) at 6:30 p.m. The seventh place St. Albert Impact 1 (2-6-1) are facing off against the first place North West United 2 (9-0-0) at 8:15 p.m.
On Sunday afternoon the St. Albert Senior B Miners will be taking on the Beaumont Outlaws. The first place Miners will be aiming to continue their undefeated streak with 12 wins so far this season. The Outlaws are currently ranked sixth going 3-12-0 for the season. The two teams faced off once before on June 21 where the Miners won with a final score of 19-6. Including the game on Sunday, the Miners only have three games left in the regular season before playoffs start. Sunday’s action starts at 2 p.m. at the Servus Go Auto arena.
St. Albert hosts the U12A and U12B female softball provincial this weekend. Saturday the U12A St. Albert Angels play at 9 a.m. against the Calgary Adrenaline and 1 p.m. against the Lloydminster Liners. The U12B Angels play on Saturday at 9 a.m. against the West Valley Warriors and against at 5 p.m. against the Strathmore Thunder. All of the games are hosted at Meadowview Diamonds and the final games are played on Sunday.
