The St. Albert Raiders are undefeated in nine games and will host the Leduc Oil Kings today in the Alberta Midget AAA Hockey League.
Faceoff is 1:15 p.m. at Akinsdale Arena.
The streaking Raiders (8-4-7) rattled off six wins and three ties after their last loss on Oct. 26, 5-3 to the Grande Prairie Storm (8-6-4) in St. Albert.
The Raiders are ranked second and Leduc (8-8-3) is seventh in the north standings.
The Raiders are 3-3-3 on home ice.
Wednesday, the Raiders play the visiting Sherwood Park Kings (7-4-7) at 7:45 p.m.
In the AMHL scoring race, right-winger Parker AuCoin is tied for second in goals with 17 and is seventh in points with 26 in 19 games.
Sunday’s opening ceremony for the St. Albert Nordic Ski Club’s Jack Rabbits program starts at 2 p.m. at Kingswood Park.
The Jack Rabbits (ages six to nine), Bunnies (four to six), Track Attack I (nine to 12) and Track Attack II (13 to 17) are part of the children’s programs offered by STANSKI.

The metro Edmonton division one high school women’s basketball season tips off next week for the St. Albert Skyhawks and Paul Kane Blues.
Monday, the Skyhawks fly to Leduc to play the Tigers and the Blues are in Sherwood Park to tangle with the Archbishop Jordan Scots.
Wednesday, the Skyhawks entertain the Bev Facey Falcons at the SkyDome and the Blues welcome the Harry Ainlay Titans at Paul Kane.
Game times are 5 p.m.
Last season, the Skyhawks finished 13-2 as division one finalists and the Blues were 11-3 as semifinalists.
At the 4A provincials, the Skyhawks won bronze and the Blues lost the consolation final.
Both teams are also entered in the 33rd annual REB Invitational, starting Thursday at Jasper Place High School.
Next week, the St. Albert Merchants skate twice in a four-day span in the Capital Junior B Hockey League.
Tuesday, the first-place Merchants (17-5) travel to Sherwood Park to play the Knights (10-9-2) at 8:30 p.m. and Friday they host the rival Morinville Jets (14-5-1) at 8 p.m. at Akinsdale Arena.
The Money Men had won four in a row, including two by shutouts, before Friday’s home game against the Beverly Warriors (10-5-4). The score was unavailable at press time.
