The St. Albert Warriors, a Special Olympics’ floor hockey team, are the Flyers’ guests of honour. The Warriors will hang out with the Flyers in the dressing room prior to the game and wear the team’s away jerseys in the stands. During the first period intermission the Warriors will gather at the Flyers’ bench for player introductions over the public address system.

A few weeks ago the Flyers and Warriors bonded during a floor hockey game at Sir George Simpson School.
