The venues for the 85-game schedule are Legion Memorial Park, Meadowview Diamonds and Stony Plain.

Monday’s finals are 1 p.m. for peewee AA and 3 p.m. for midget AA, bantam AAA and peewee AAA at Legion park and 3 p.m. for bantam AA and mosquito AA at Meadowview.

Sixty-eight teams are getting their kicks in at the St. Albert Soccer Association’s annual Victoria Day Classic tournament.

There are 30 boys’ and 38 girls’ teams entered, including 13 St. Albert Impact teams (six boys and seven girls).

The boys’ divisions are U10 (seven vs. seven), U12 Tier 2 (eight vs. eight), U14 Tier 1 and 2 and U16 Tier 1 and 2.

The girls’ divisions are U12 Tier 1 and 2 (eight vs. eight), U14 Tier 2, U16 Tier 1 and 2 and U18 Tier 2/3.

Field locations are Riel Recreation Park, Eldorado, Salisbury, Erin Ridge and Larose.

This is the third year for SASA hosting a joint boys’ and girls’ tournament during the Victoria Day long weekend.

The 25th annual Football Alberta Senior Bowl kicks off Monday at 12 noon at Commonwealth Stadium.

The north all-star team roster features quarterback Cory Knott and receiver Tyler Turner of the Paul Kane Blues (metro Edmonton division two Miles champions and Tier II north finalists) and defensive linemen Jack Hanna and Jacob Neuls and defensive back Tyler Moroz of the Bellerose Bulldogs (metro division one Carr semifinalists).

The Senior Bowl showcases the top 80 graduating Grade 12 players in Alberta who completed an intense selection process at last month’s north and south weekend tryout camps.

Tuesday the St. Albert Impact premier women’s team hosts the Edmonton Warriors in the Edmonton District Soccer Association.

Kickoff is 8:30 p.m. at Riel Recreation Park.

The Impact are 3-1 in their first premier campaign after going 10-2-2 in division 1B last year.

Kirsten Marshall is the Impact’s top scorer this year with four goals in three matches.

On May 25 the Impact play Wolves FC at 10 a.m. at Foote Field.
