The peewee Colts (1-3) and Wetaskiwin Wildcats (2-2) huddle up at 12:30 p.m. in the Fryer Division.

At 3 p.m. the undefeated bantam 49ers line up against Raiders Black (1-4).

The 49ers (230 PF/78 PA) and Sherwood Park Rams (300 PF/49 PA) share top spot in the Bright standings at 5-0. The teams close out the regular season next Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in St. Albert.

Meanwhile, the bantam Fury (0-5) visits the Stony Plain Bombers (3-1-1) today at 12:30 p.m. in the Parker Division.

The St. Albert Mission tween, junior and belle teams skate this weekend in AA ringette action.

Today’s games against Zone 5 start at 1 p.m. for the U16AA juniors at Mark Messier Arena and 5:45 p.m. for the U14AA tweens at Riviere Qui Barre.

The U19AA belles also play Zone 5 tonight at 7:30 p.m. in Leduc and the Edmonton Elite at 2:15 p.m. Sunday at Troy Murray Arena.

The Lorne Akins Gators and Sir George Simpson Voyageurs square-off Tuesday in the St. Albert Physical Education Council volleyball league.

Start times are 3:30 p.m. for the girls at Simpson and the boys at Lorne Akins. The Simpson girls and Lorne Akins’ boys were victorious at the recent SAPEC tournament, sponsored by Active Physio Works.

The SAPEC Tier I city finals are Nov. 17 at Bellerose Composite High School and the defending champions are the Vincent J. Maloney Marauders for the girls and Morinville Wolves for the boys.

The 840 CFCW Critters and a team of St. Albert minor hockey coaches will face-off Thursday to assist fundraising efforts for the Constable David Wynn Memorial and Endowment Fund.

Puck drop is 7 p.m. at Go Auto Arena.

Donations in support of the memorial and endowment fund will be collected during the game.

Donations can also be made by visiting www.stalbert.ca and searching Wynn Legacy.

The City of St. Albert allocated $100,000 to support construction of the memorial at Lacombe Park Lake and the endowment fund, which will provide scholarships to youths who wish to pursue a public service, uniformed or emergency services career.
