Team Bob Drummond

Defence: Graham McMillan, Rod McMillan, Kurt Drummond and Derek MacMillan.

Forwards: Jay Dolynny, Brett Smith, Jamie Anderson, Andrew Lutic, Jeff Filewich, Sam Cook, Ryan Polny, Brian Nicholson and Jason Mollenbeck.

Team Barrie Lydiatt & Don Giacobbo

Defence: Brent Lydiatt, Ryan Drake, Sheldon Gomez, Dan Daly and Lance Pedersen.

Forwards: Keir McIntyre, Kelly Wosnack, Scott Martin, Joe Dvorak, Steve Kinsey, Kelly Hilkewich, Troy Haymour, Brody McIntyre and Curtis Crouse.

Team Denise Thompson

Defence: Shawn Thompson, John Hooper, Shane Hordal, Moe Hooper and Andy Chapman.

Forwards: Jordan Hooper, Brad Hooper, Brian Hooper, Conor Clarke, Mike Thompson, Pete Christenson, Steve Schell, Kris Horb and Greg Posty.

Team John Shrum & Susan Herrick

Defence: Curt Martin, Dave Wood, Chad Snihur and Jordan Chorneyko.

Forwards: Steve Jackson, Sean Tymkow, Jeff Shrum, Jay Herrick, Rob Beirnes, Kevin Drake, Chris Mcgeough, Shayne Ferguson and Terry Dabbagh.

The goalies are Cory Cairns, Brad German, Tim Imperato and Sean Fisher.

Billy Pratt, Ted Welsby and Brian Mendieta will officiate the 25-minute straight time periods/games.

The ceremonial puck drop is 3 p.m. at the Akinsdale rink before the teams split off into games. The tournament ends at 5:15 p.m.

The fundraiser is held in memory of Don MacMillan, a St. Albert resident who died of lung cancer in 2011 at age 61, as well as others stricken by the disease.

The teams are also named after fathers, mothers or father-in-laws of players who have passed away.

Proceeds will help benefit Lung Cancer Canada, a charitable organization focused on the support and education of those affected by lung cancer and their families.

This year’s goal is to surpass the $50,000 mark after about $42,000 was raised by players, local businesses and individuals the last three years.

They can also be dropped off at MAC Insurance on St. Thomas Street in St. Albert and MAC Registries at 14228 Stony Plain Road.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the event to win donated items.

Face painters and balloon twisters and will also be in attendance.
