Kickoff is 5 p.m. at Forest Park field.

The Mavericks (4-0, 29 GF/5 GA) and Morinville (3-0-1, 26 GF/9 GA) are ranked first and second, respectively, in the single division round-robin format to determine the five division one teams and the six division two teams. Those teams will play another round-robin format before the playoffs start.

Last year, the Mavericks finished 20-0 overall as winners of the Alberta Soccer Association Tier 3 championship – the first provincial gold medal by a SAWSL team – and the division one playoff cup.

The last time Morinville beat the Mavericks was 2011 and the 5-2 result clinched a berth at the Tier 4 provincials and the division one pennant.
