UPDATE: Body found on Poundmaker Road

Update: The man found dead on Poundmaker Road in St. Albert has been identified as 24-year-old Justin Semenchuk of Edmonton. Semenchuk's death has been ruled as non suspicious in nature.

Update: The man found dead on Poundmaker Road in St. Albert has been identified as 24-year-old Justin Semenchuk of Edmonton. Semenchuk's death has been ruled as non suspicious in nature. RCMP are asking anyone who had contact with Semenchuk on May 9th to contact them directly at 780-458-7700 or Crimestoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
 
St. Albert RCMP are on location at Poundmaker Road where the body of a deceased male was found early Wednesday. RCMP are calling it a sudden death.

RCMP on scene said they received a call regarding the discovery of the body at approximately 5:24 a.m. Wednesday morning. The body was found lying face down on Poundmaker Road near the intersection with Sir Winston Churchill Avenue.

RCMP continue to investigate the incident. RCMP are asking anyone who was in the area of Poundmaker Road and Sir Winston Churchill between 10 p.m. on Tuesday and 6 a.m on Wednesday to please contact them at 780-458-7700 or Crimestoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477)
