Update
RCMP said Friday morning that Stephen has been located safely.
St. Albert RCMP are asking the public's assistance to locate 14-year-old Anna Stephen.
Stephen was last seen on June 17 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the downtown area of St. Albert wearing a black hoodie and jeans. Police believe she may be in the Edmonton area.
There is no indication of foul play, however Stephen's family and investigators are concerned for her well being.
"She's 14 years old so we just want to make sure she's safe," said Const. M-J Burroughs.
"There's no reason to believe there's any foul play involved at this point, but we're just concerned. We just want to make sure she's home, and if she needs any kind of supports, that we can get those put in place for her."
Stephen is described as a five-foot five-inch Caucasian female weighing 125 pounds with long brown hair and hazel eyes.
Police had also asked for the public's assistance when Stephen was reported missing on June 8. She was located safely the next day.
Anyone who has information on Stephen's whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Albert RCMP Detachment at 780-458-7700 or their local police.
