St. Albert RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 13-year-old St. Albert teen.
Hailee Fraser-Armstrong was last seen on April 18, in St. Albert.
Fraser-Armstrong is described as a Caucasian female, 5’3” tall, and weighing 105 pounds. Fraser-Armstrong has long hair that is dyed red, and brown eyes.
