St. Albert firefighters serving up food for charity tonight

A group of local firefighters will be serving up meals at East Side Mario's tonight to raise cash for charity.

A group of local firefighters will be serving up meals at East Side Mario's tonight to raise cash for charity. 

The group has been raising funds all month for Muscular Dystrophy and kicked off the the action with their rooftop campaign, which ran from March 5 to 8.

Firefighters and paramedics also hosted an adult Pub Night on Friday, March 10 at Canadian Brewhouse south on St. Albert Trail. 

The final MD fundraiser is Waiter Night at Eastside Mario's on Tuesday, March 14. Firefighters and paramedics will take orders and serve food. All firefighter tips will be directed to the fundraising effort.  

The group hopes to raise $35,000 through their fundraising efforts.
