Hello! I’m Ruby and I’m a lovely young dilute torti with white fur. I'm a spayed female cat, around 10 to 12 months old. I have a beautiful long coat, a very fluffy tail, stunning green eyes and a cute little meow that will make you want to pet and play with me! I showed up at Beaumont Pound with several puncture wounds in my lower back that were infected and abscessed. Luckily, NASAP and the wonderful staff at Calgary Trail Pet Hospital fixed me up and now I’m ready for adoption. I’m a chatty and playful kitty with a bit of a mischievous streak so I will need a family that has a good sense of humour! I love playing with stuffed toys and my favourite game is ‘dive in the shopping bag.’ Although I don’t really love to be squeezed too tightly, I would like a spot beside you on your couch or bed and I’ll come to you for chin scratches and quick cuddles. My preferred home would be one with no small children or other pets. If you’d like an outgoing and playful cat that is full of personality, I’m your girl! Ruby's NASAP adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, de-worming, FIV/Feline leukemia testing, tattoo, microchip and a post adoption health checkup. All through this April, all NASAP adult cat adoption fees are half price so please contact NASAP today!
Chiclet is a spayed female Jack Russell terrier, about two years old. She is always ready to chase a soccer ball in the yard, head out on a walk, play a game of fetch and she loves to catch snow as you throw it off your shovel! She is playful, comical and just a lot of fun! But she is equally happy snoozing in a sunbeam or cuddling beside you on the couch. She is house-trained and sleeps quietly in her kennel all night. Chiclet loves people of all ages and happily greets human visitors to her home. She bonds well with the whole family and is loving and affectionate. She will need a secure fenced yard, and some work on her recall and basic commands. Chiclet's personality and temperament are very typical of the Jack Russell terrier and potential adopters would be encouraged to research the breed. She likely would be fine with other pets if they have very laid back, even-tempered personalities but she would be a great fit as an only pet! She is vaccinated, spayed and tattooed and ready to start an exciting new life in her forever home! If you think you are a good match for Chiclet and would like to hear more or meet up with her, please call NASAP at 780-922-0250 and leave a message or visit www.nasap.ca and click on the Adopt Me link beneath her picture. Chiclet's adoption fee is $200 and comes with a free post-adoption vet checkup.
