Sadie was brought to Black Gold pound from Beaumont. She remained unclaimed in the pound for two and a half months before NASAP could bring her into care. Sadie is approximately one year old. She has short black fur with a white patch on her stomach and has two partially closed ears. She might have been born with this condition or it might have been caused by trauma. Her ears don't seem to bother her, though the vet suggested they be monitored carefully. Sadie is such a gentle cat. She gets along well with other cats and kittens. She is guaranteed to love all family members and friendly pets. She has a quiet meow and still seems like a kitten at heart. She will always check to see where you are so she can stop by with a gentle rub. Sadie will sleep on your bed at night, quiet as can be. She loves looking out the window and watching birds. When she does this, her little mouth opens and she makes chirping sounds. Sadie's NASAP adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, deworming, FIV/Feline leukemia testing, tattoo, microchip and a post-adoption health check-up.
My name is Lucy and I am an 18-month-old spayed, female Aussie shepherd-German shepherd mix. I am a friendly girl and love people. I am super-energetic and might be too much for little kids but teenagers would be a blast and an active owner who likes to run would be great. I get along with other dogs, even though sometimes my initial in-your-face approach can be a little intimidating for some. I play nicely with the miniature schnauzer in my foster home but my foster mom thinks I will do better with a dog of subservient disposition since I can be bossy sometimes! Probably, me being the only dog would be best. I am smart and curious and I enjoy learning and making my owner proud. I need an owner who will enjoy my exuberance, intelligence and personality. I would not make a good choice for a first time dog owner because I need a firm hand and need to learn the rules. I am housetrained and no trouble to have around. So if you think I might be a good match for you, please call NASAP at 780-929-0250 and come meet me or go online www.nasap.ca and apply for me online by clicking underneath my photo. My adoption fee is $200 and I am spayed, microchipped and up to date with my shots.
