RCMP are looking for a man after a report of public masturbation around children in the Deer Ridge area of St. Albert.
Police are warning the public and asking for help identifying a man after an indecent act was reported on Friday June 29 in the Giroux Crossing area.
Around 11 a.m. two girls under the age of 18 were walking through the parking lot when an unknown man parked his car near them and started talking to them. The girls noticed the man had no pants on and was masturbating in his vehicle.
The man is described as being in his late 20’s, between five-foot-nine and five-foot-eleven in height. He had an average build, short brown hair and was of South East Asian descent. The man spoke with a heavy accent. He was driving a white four-door sedan with a black sticker with unknown writing on the passenger side rear door. The vehicle is reported to have a red steering wheel and black interior.
