The St. Albert Crime Stoppers Association is asking for your assistance in solving the following crimes:
Vandalism to vehicles
On Feb. 17 between 12 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., unknown individual(s) keyed two vehicles parked on Laurier Crescent. Estimated damage is more than $1,000.
Vandalism to vehicles
Between Feb. 16 at 11 p.m. and Feb. 17 at 9 a.m., unknown person(s) entered a parking lot located on Meadowview Drive and smashed multiple vehicles’ windows, including four dump trucks. The vehicles had been rifled through but nothing appeared to be missing.
Gas and dash
On Feb. 7 at 3:30 p.m. a Caucasian male proceeded to fill his black Chevy Impala up with fuel at the Erin Ridge Petro Canada. After putting $65 worth of fuel into his vehicle, the male fled without paying. An Alberta licence plate (BBC-2411) was obtained, but the plate had been stolen.
Campbell Park break-ins
On Feb. 7 at 3:30 a.m. an unknown male broke into three separate businesses located on Corriveau Avenue in Campbell Park. In two cases, the lock to the yard was cut, allowing entry. Vehicles were rifled through and a TV, a stand and some shoes were taken. In the third business, a window was smashed, the suspect entered the office and stole a laptop and a computer monitor.
Attempted break-in
On Jan. 18 at 9 a.m. a white male was attempting to break into a residence in the 100 block of Larose Drive. The male is described as approximately 50 years old, five foot 10 inches, 200 pounds, clean shaven, short brown hair, wearing a beige jacket and a brown backpack (composite sketch attached).
Break, enter and theft from church
On Dec. 23 at 3 a.m. an unknown male was seen fleeing the scene of a break and enter to the Cornerstone Pentecostal Church located within Grandin Park Plaza. The male was believed to be wearing dark pants with a dark hoodie pulled up over his head, approximately five foot nine inches tall and 150 pounds. The male fled on a BMX style bike carrying the stolen property in a backpack.
Some of the items stolen include: a Toshiba laptop computer, an Acer tower computer, An Epson video projector, an Ibanez BTR five-string bass guitar, and signed paintings from Grant Fuhr, Don Cherry and Wayne Gretzky. Value of stolen items and damage to the church is more than $5,000.
