Decker was unclaimed from the pound and is brand new to the Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection. He is a big, loveable goof who needs to learn some manners. He is still very much a puppy and a bit on the mouthy side but he has a wonderful disposition.

We feel he is a golden retriever cross with possibly a poodle or terrier but he has a very soft, shedding coat that will require brushing. He has not been taught anything but he will learn quickly. Decker is a bit uncertain in new situations but once he feels confident, he is happy to go with you. He travelled well in the car and seems to get along with the other dogs he met.

Decker needs to be neutered and microchipped before he can be adopted but he is vaccinated and dewormed. We will have more on this goofy boy when we get to know him better.

Decker’s adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a post-adoption health checkup. Please go online to www.nasap.ca and click on the ‘adopt me’ link underneath his picture. Or you can call the Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection 780-922-0250 and leave a voicemail.

Although he seems like a big tough cat on the surface, this kitty is quite the softie. He is on the shy side and will take a little while to warm up to new situations, but as long as you are patient he will become your best friend. He is quite the cuddle-bug and loves to be petted and scratched, he has a very nice purr to tell you just how much he loves it.

Ebenezer uses his litter box wonderfully, doesn't jump up on tables or countertops and is very good around the furniture (no scratching). He is always open for a chat if you start to talk with him and definitely will add his two cents, but otherwise is a very quiet cat.

He enjoys chasing his toy mouse and snuggling on laps. If you have a laser light he's all for that too! He has lived with a friendly dog with no problems. He would be best suited for a home without small children and to be the only cat in the house.

Ebenezer’s adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, feline leukemia/FIV testing, microchip, and a post-adoption health checkup. Please go online to www.nasap.ca and click on the ‘adopt me’ link underneath his picture. Or you can call the Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection at 780-922-0250 and leave a voicemail.
